A governed authoring pipeline

Content does not simply get edited in a browser and go live. The workflow runs draft → preview on stage → edit → publish through a reviewed merge request to production, so every change to the curriculum is authored, versioned and approved.

The curriculum view reconciles four sources at once, what is planned in the backlog, what is authored in git, what has an open merge request, and what is actually live on the learner portal, so the gap between intention and reality is never hidden.

Outcomes that mean something

The analytics go past enrolment and completion to enrolment, completion rate, quiz pass rate, average score, certificates issued, and at-risk learners flagged by inactivity, low pass rates or overdue reviews. Every course breaks down by enrolment, completion, average progress and pass rate.

Content health, fed back automatically

The platform ranks the weakest lessons and the hardest questions, and applies a minimum sample floor, so a single struggling learner never gets mistaken for a broken lesson.

Flagged items accrue into a deduplicated feedback queue that the content team pulls via API. Tickets that stop being flagged resolve themselves. The loop from "learners are failing this question" to "the content team is looking at it" runs without anyone remembering to file anything.

An operator console for the whole lifecycle

Curriculum, AI-assisted generation, courses, review and publish, delivery, roster, catalogue coverage and outcomes, plus system status, contract intake, pipeline jobs and history. A documented API, automation workflows and object storage sit behind it, with a separate learner portal on the front.
