PARTNERS
Your clients shipped AI. They did not tell you.
Every managed service provider we talk to has the same problem. Clients are deploying copilots, agents and customer-facing models faster than anyone can assess them, and the security stack you already sell them was not built to inspect a sentence. That is a gap in your coverage and a line item you are not billing for.
You already have the relationship
You are the person they call. When the board asks whether the new AI assistant is safe, that question lands on your desk before it lands on ours. Right now most partners have to answer it with a shrug.
The audit sells itself
Monitor mode is the easiest conversation in your catalog. It is free, non-blocking, deploys in minutes and produces a written finding. You are not pitching a product, you are handing a client evidence about their own environment.
It is recurring by construction
AI-Armory runs every 30 days. Compliance reporting depends on the audit chain. This is not a one-time license, it is a service line with a natural monthly rhythm.
PROGRAMS
Three ways in.
Referral
You make the introduction, we run the audit and the engagement, you take a referral fee. Lowest commitment, no technical enablement needed.
No enablement - Fastest start
Reseller and MSP
You own the client relationship, the deployment and the monthly report. We provide the technical sandbox, the sales playbook and second-line engineering. Partner margin on both the shield and the testing subscription.
Sandbox included – Playbook Margin on both products
OEM and strategic alliance
Embed the engine in your own platform or managed service. Custom SLA terms, white-label options and joint architecture work. This is the tier where the deployment modes and rule modules get built to your requirements.
Custom SLA - White label
Commercial terms are set per partner and we will put them in writing before you invest any enablement time. Ask and we will send the current schedule.
WHAT YOU GET ON DAY ONE
A working sandbox, not a slide deck.
- A fully functional test environment with a live threat libraryIncluded
- The adversarial test corpus so you can demonstrate attacks failing, live, in a client's roomIncluded
- The monitor-mode report template, ready to put your logo on where the tier permitsIncluded
- The sales playbook, including the ten questions that expose a competitor running a model in the enforcement pathIncluded
- Sector rule modules for healthcare, financial services, legal, government and educationIncluded
- Second-line engineering access to the people who wrote the engineIncluded
The demo that closes
Run the same prompt-injection payload twice in front of the client. Once at their model directly, where it works. Once through AI-Sentinel, where it returns a rule ID in 2 to 4 milliseconds and never reaches the model.
Nothing in a slide deck competes with watching an attack fail in real time on your own screen. It is the reason we built the sandbox before we built the brochure.
HONEST PARTNER ECONOMICS
What you should ask us before you sign anything.
Are you going to get acquired?
A fair question given that fifteen firms in this category were bought between August 2024 and June 2026. We are raising a pre-seed round to fund the Kubernetes roadmap, not to flip. But no founder can promise you a five-year independence guarantee, and any who does is lying. Ask us for contractual continuity terms instead, and we will negotiate them.
Why would I stake a client on you?
You would run monitor mode, which is non-blocking and cannot break anything, and you would let the client and the report decide. If it shows nothing, you have lost a couple of hours. If it shows what it has shown in every pilot so far, you have a conversation your competitors cannot have and a new revenue stream.
Get the sandbox. Break it. Then decide whether to sell it.
We will give you a working environment and the attack corpus before we ask you for anything. If it does not survive your own testing, we would rather find that out now than in front of your client.
The audit is free. The blind spot is not.
